Sector L is a neighbourhood within Brossard, Quebec, which is situated in the Greater Montreal metropolitan area.

Transportation

Driving is a great transportation option in this part of Brossard. The majority of houses for sale are a short car ride from the nearest highway, such as Autoroute de l'Acier, and it is very convenient to come across a place to park. However, public transit users may have limited options in this area as a result of the low service level. Nonetheless, house owners can rely on Brossard and Du Quartier on the Gare Centrale - Brossard. The neighbourhood is connected by over 50 bus lines, and most residences are very close to a bus stop. It is occasionally difficult to move around by bicycle in sector L. Nevertheless, cycling is more feasible in certain pockets than others, there are a limited number of slopes, and this neighbourhood boasts fairly good bicycling infrastructure. Sector L is also not especially suitable for those who travel on foot as few common errands can be run without the use of a car.

It is difficult to access the closest supermarket by foot from any location in sector L. There are also a limited number of opportunities for those who care about nearby restaurants and cafes. As far as education is concerned, daycares are easy to access without a vehicle from any location in this part of Brossard. In contrast, families may find it challenging to get to primary schools and high schools as pedestrians.

Character

Sector L offers a calm atmosphere and will appeal to those who enjoy spending time outdoors. Greenery is not present in this part of Brossard; although, the majority of locations within the neighbourhood have reasonably good access to public green spaces, like Parc Niagara, since there are over 50 of them nearby for residents to explore. This area is very quiet overall, as there isn't a lot of street noise or city clamour - although that is not the case close to Autoroute de l'Acier, Autoroute des Cantons-de-l'Est or the railway line.
