Belmont is a neighbourhood within Edmonton, Alberta, which is situated in the Greater Edmonton metropolitan area.

Transportation

Belmont is a very good part of Edmonton for driving. The majority of houses for sale are a reasonably short car ride from the closest highway, and it is convenient to find a place to park. In contrast, public transit riders may have limited choices in this part of Edmonton due to the low service level. Nevertheless, there is Clareview Station on the Capital Line. Property owners are served by approximately 10 bus lines, and bus stops are not very far-removed from most homes. The bike is a good mode of transportation in Belmont as the cycling infrastructure is moderately comprehensive, and there are not many elevation changes to challenge cyclists. In contrast, traveling on foot in this part of the city is not very popular, even though many common errands can be run without a vehicle.

It is a short trip to access schools and daycares from any location in Belmont.
