Tempe

The neighbourhood of Tempe is part of the city of City of North Vancouver, British Columbia, which is situated in the Metro Vancouver metropolitan area.

Transportation

It is easy to commute by bicycle in this part of the city as the cycling network is moderately extensive. Tempe is also fairly suitable for people who travel as pedestrians; most daily needs are convenient to carry out without the use of a vehicle, and numerous businesses are reasonably close at hand. The public transit infrastructure in Tempe is sometimes poor. Nonetheless, the neighbourhood is linked by a few bus lines, and the nearest bus stop is generally around the corner. However, the favoured method to navigate this area is usually driving. Many real estate listings are a very short drive from the nearest highway, such as Trans-Canada Highway, and it is easy to park.

Services

It is a short distance to access schools and daycares from any location in Tempe. Parents have the choice between public and private schools at both the primary and high school level.
