Transportation

Norgate will draw physically active people as it is moderately suitable for bicycling. More specifically, the cycling infrastructure is fairly good. Home buyers who want to reside in a compact community will also welcome the rather pedestrian-friendly character of Norgate; running common errands is convenient without a car, and a fair number of businesses of different types can be found as well. Getting around by public transit is sometimes difficult in this area. Nevertheless, the neighbourhood is linked by approximately 10 bus lines, and bus stops are not very far-removed from most residences. However, the best approach to navigate Norgate is very often driving. Nearby highways are fairly easy to reach from any home in Norgate, and it is easy to find a place to park.
