Transportation

Driving is a very good means of transportation in Websters Corners. It is especially convenient to find a parking spot. In contrast, this part of the city is not very transit friendly. Thankfully, house owners have access to a few bus lines, and bus stops are not very far away from most properties. It is challenging to get around by bicycle in this area since there are a good number of hills, and the cycling infrastructure is quite bad. Most houses for sale in this part of Maple Ridge are located in places that are also not very convenient for pedestrians as running common errands is inconvenient without a vehicle.

Services

It is challenging to reach the nearest grocery store on foot in this part of the city. A limited selection of restaurants and coffee shops is available as well. With regards to education, it is a short trip to reach daycares and schools from anywhere in Websters Corners.

Character

Websters Corners is an excellent neighbourhood to buy a house in for those who prefer a calm environment. This area is especially quiet, as the streets are usually very peaceful. Finally, most locations within the neighbourhood have reasonably good access to green spaces, such as Kanaka Creek Regional Park and Allco Park, since there are a few of them close by for residents to unwind in.
