The neighbourhood of Gordon Head is part of the municipality of Saanich, British Columbia, which is located in the Greater Victoria metropolitan area.

Transportation

The car is often the best way to get around in Gordon Head. It is easy to park. In contrast, this area is not an especially pleasant part of Saanich for moving around by public transit. Nonetheless, the neighbourhood is linked by about 10 bus lines, and bus stops are not very far-removed from most homes. It is sometimes difficult for pedestrians to get around in Gordon Head since few common errands can be run without a car. In contrast, numerous residents in the area use their bicycle as there are a good number of bike lanes.

Services

Families will find that wherever their house is situated in Gordon Head, daycares and schools are close by. Along with public schools, there are private elementary and secondary schools.
