The neighbourhood of City Centre can be found in the city of Surrey, British Columbia, which is located in the Metro Vancouver metropolitan area.

Transportation

This area provides house buyers with the choice between different means of transportation. Most homes for sale in this neighbourhood are located in areas that are convenient for pedestrians; meeting day-to-day needs is convenient without a car, and a good number of businesses of different types can be found as well. This part of the city is also appropriate for bicycling because the cycling infrastructure is well-developed. With various nearby rapid transit stations with access to the Expo Line, and about 20 nearby bus lines, the transit system in this part of Surrey is good. This part of the city is also car friendly because it is typically not too challenging to access a parking spot.
