Part of the Greater Winnipeg metropolitan area, Kil-Cona Park is a neighbourhood within Winnipeg, Manitoba.

Transportation

Cars are an excellent medium of transportation in this part of Winnipeg. The majority of real estate listings are a very short car ride from the closest highway, and it is very convenient to park. However, Kil-Cona Park is not an especially convenient part of Winnipeg for moving around by public transit. Nonetheless, homeowners have access to a few bus lines, and bus stops are not very far-removed from most homes. The bicycle is a good method of transportation in Kil-Cona Park as there are a limited number of hills. It is difficult for people walking to get around in this area because very few common errands can be run without a vehicle.

Services

Primary schools are easy to access by foot from most homes for sale in this area. However, this part of the city does not have any high schools. In terms of eating, it is very rarely practical for house buyers in this part of the city to shop for their groceries as pedestrians.
