The neighbourhood of Dunns Crossing can be found in the city of Fredericton, New Brunswick, which is located in the Greater Fredericton metropolitan area.

Transportation

This neighbourhood is an extremely good part of Fredericton for getting around by car. It is very easy to come across a parking spot, and many houses for sale are a rather short drive from the closest highway. On the other hand, getting around by public transit is challenging in Dunns Crossing. Nonetheless, there are a few bus lines traversing the neighbourhood, and bus stops are not very far from most properties. It is convenient to get around by bicycle in Dunns Crossing. Dunns Crossing is not very well-suited for people who travel by walking as carrying out daily needs is sometimes challenging without a vehicle.

Services

It is a reasonably short walk to access both primary and secondary schools from any location in this part of the city. However, there are only a very small number of daycares and thus they can be a very long trip away. With regards to eating, in most, if not all, cases, a car is required to shop for groceries.
