Transportation

Driving is a very good transportation option in McKnight. Parking is quite easy. However, McKnight is not very transit friendly. Thankfully, residents benefit from a few bus lines, and the nearest bus stop is generally very close by. A majority of the homes for sale in this area are located in places that are not very well-suited for those who travel by walking since running common errands is impractical without a vehicle. On the other hand, this part of Fredericton is reasonably suited for biking.

Services

In this part of the city, families will generally be able to access primary schools and daycares as pedestrians. On the other hand, there are no high schools in McKnight. With regards to eating, reaching the nearest grocery store as pedestrians is practical for some, but not all, house buyers in this neighbourhood.
