Springhill

The neighbourhood of Springhill is part of the city of Fredericton, New Brunswick, which is situated in the Greater Fredericton metropolitan area.

Transportation

This area is particularly car friendly. It is very convenient to park. In contrast, Springhill is not very transit friendly. Thankfully, the neighbourhood is linked by a few bus lines, and most homes are close to a bus stop. Getting around by walking is not very feasible for property owners in Springhill because most daily needs are very challenging to meet without a car. Despite the fact that there is a reasonably high density of bike riders, Springhill is also not particularly conducive to bicycling because cyclists are faced with quite a few elevation changes, and the bicycling infrastructure is not very well-developed.

Services

Buying one's groceries usually demands the use of a vehicle in Springhill. A limited selection of cafes is available. This neighbourhood offers mainly three bedroom and four or more bedroom homes.
