Located within the Greater Fredericton metropolitan area, Marysville is a neighbourhood within Fredericton, New Brunswick.

Transportation

Cars are an excellent medium of transportation in this neighbourhood. It is very easy to park, and it is a rather short drive to the closest highway from any location in this neighbourhood. However, the public transit service in Marysville is not very frequent. Nonetheless, there are a few bus lines, and most residences are very close to a bus stop. Many of the homes for sale in this neighbourhood are located in areas that are not very well-suited for those who like to travel on foot since very few common errands can be run without a car. However, moving around by bicycle is convenient in Marysville.

Services

There are only a very small number of primary schools in this area and consequently they can be a very long trip away. Furthermore, Marysville does not contain any high schools. Moreover, there are only a few daycares and consequently they can be a rather long walk away. In terms of eating, purchasing one's groceries usually requires the use of a car in Marysville. Nonetheless, getting to the closest pharmacy and accordingly some staple foods is usually straightforward. A limited variety of restaurants and coffee shops can be found as well.

Character

The character of Marysville is exemplified by its slower-paced environment.
