Driving is an excellent medium of transportation in Halibut Bay. It is very easy to find a place to park. Biking is challenging in this community as there is a significant amount of slopes, and the cycling infrastructure is quite bad. This area is also not very convenient for those who prefer to get around as pedestrians as running common errands is very impractical without a vehicle.

There are no high schools and no primary schools in Halibut Bay. When it comes to food, property owners in this area almost always have to rely on a car to travel to the nearest supermarket.
