Mill Cove is a neighbourhood within Halifax, Nova Scotia, which is situated in the Greater Halifax metropolitan area.

Transportation

Mill Cove is reasonably convenient for pedestrians; running common errands is convenient without a car. In contrast, moving around by bicycle is sometimes difficult in this part of the municipality because the cycling infrastructure is not especially well-developed, and there are quite a few elevation changes. This part of Halifax is not very transit friendly. Nonetheless, there are a few bus lines passing through the neighbourhood, and the nearest bus stop is typically around the corner. On the other hand, the car is usually the preferred method to get around in Mill Cove. Parking is easy, and the majority of houses for sale are a short drive from the closest highway.

Services

It is usually an option for home buyers in Mill Cove to do grocery shopping on foot. Furthermore, a cafe is commonly just around the corner, and residents of this part of the municipality are served by a few restaurants as well.
