Situated in the Greater Truro metropolitan area, Kemptown is a neighbourhood within Colchester Subdivision B, Nova Scotia.

Transportation

The preferred approach to get around in Kemptown is very often a car. Nearby highways, such as Highway 104, are very easy to access from any home in this area, and it is very convenient to find a parking spot. A majority of the homes for sale in this neighbourhood are located in places that are not very suitable for people who get around on foot as many daily needs are nearly impossible to meet without needing to resort to a car. Kemptown is also not very cycling-friendly as there are very few bike lanes, and there are a good number of elevation changes.

Services

It is very rarely practical for property owners in this area to purchase their groceries as pedestrians. In terms of education, Kemptown does not have any high schools or primary schools.
