West Pennant

The community of West Pennant is part of the municipality of Halifax, Nova Scotia, which is situated in the Greater Halifax metropolitan area.

Transportation

Driving is an excellent means of transportation in West Pennant. Finding a parking spot is easy. Many of the homes for sale in this community are located in areas that are not very well-suited for those who like to get around by walking because most daily needs are very difficult to carry out without a vehicle. This part of Halifax is also not very conducive to bicycling because the cycling infrastructure is quite poor, and the area is not very flat.

Services

There are no high schools and no primary schools in this community. When it comes to eating, home buyers in this part of Halifax almost always have to rely on a car to reach the nearest supermarket.

Character

West Pennant is an excellent community to buy a home in for those who prefer a relaxed atmosphere. Most areas in West Pennant are especially quiet, as the streets are generally very peaceful. Public green spaces aren't well-situated, which results in them being occasionally difficult to reach from the majority of locations in the community. Despite that, there are a few parks nearby for residents to check out.
