The neighbourhood of Forest Park is part of the city of Thunder Bay, Ontario, which is situated in the Greater Thunder Bay metropolitan area.

Transportation

Forest Park is particularly car friendly. Nearby highways are very easy to drive to from anywhere in this neighbourhood, and it is convenient to come across a parking spot. However, the public transit service in Forest Park is not very frequent. Thankfully, the neighbourhood is linked by a few bus lines, and bus stops are usually around the corner. This area is reasonably bike-friendly. It is occasionally challenging for people travelling by foot to navigate this neighbourhood since few daily errands can be run without a vehicle.

Services

Daycares and schools are straightforward to access without the need for a car from anywhere in Forest Park. Residents have the choice between public and private primary schools.
