Transportation

Avondale presents property owners with several alternative modes of transportation. This neighbourhood is also reasonably car friendly. It is a very short drive to the nearest highway, such as Highway 401, from any home in Avondale.

It is a short walk to reach daycares and schools from most houses for sale in this part of the city. Families are served by public and private schools at both the primary and high school level. As far as eating is concerned, the nearest supermarket in this area is typically only a very short distance away. There are a lot of green spaces to enjoy in Avondale, despite its sometimes busy atmosphere.
