Transportation

Commuting by car is convenient in this neighbourhood. It is easy to park. On the other hand, the public transit service in Bram East is not very frequent. Thankfully, there are about 10 bus lines, and bus stops are not very far-removed from most houses. Bram East is reasonably amenable to cycling because riding is made easier by the generally flat terrain, and there are a good number of bike lanes. A majority of the houses for sale in this neighbourhood are located in areas that are not particularly well-suited for those who like to travel as pedestrians as very few common errands can be run without needing to resort to a vehicle.

Services

Parents and their kids will welcome that no matter where their property is situated in Bram East, primary schools are nearby. In contrast, families may find it difficult for their children to reach high schools by foot. Apart from public schools, there are private elementary and secondary schools.
