The neighbourhood of Steeles West Industrial is part of the city of Vaughan, Ontario, which is situated in the Greater Toronto Area metropolitan area.

Transportation

Cars are an excellent means of transportation in Steeles West Industrial. Most houses for sale are a very short drive from the nearest highway, such as Highway 400 Collector, and parking is quite easy. Home buyers can also count on public transit to get around in Steeles West Industrial. There is Hwy 7 / Pine Valley, Hwy 7 / Weston and Hwy 7 / Ansley Grove on the Viva Orange. Homeowners benefit from around 10 bus lines, and bus stops are not very far-removed from most residences. Even though biking is more feasible in some areas than others, and there are few elevation changes to confront cyclists, it is challenging to commute by bicycle in this neighbourhood since the bicycling infrastructure is not very comprehensive. Walking is also not very common in Steeles West Industrial, even though many daily errands can be run without a car.

Services

Some, but not all, home buyers in this neighbourhood will reside within walking distance of one of about 10 supermarkets. A small selection of restaurants and coffee shops is available as well. When it comes to education, high schools and primary schools are not very plentiful in this neighbourhood, and accordingly not always within walking distance. Character

However, the tree canopy coverage for most streets is fairly bad. Lastly, this area is a great neighbourhood for those who don't mind a bit of noise, as traffic can occasionally be loud during busy hours.
