Transportation

The Kingsway presents home buyers with the choice between a variety of modes of transportation. Most houses for sale in this neighbourhood are located in places that are rather well-suited for pedestrians; many day-to-day needs can be met without a vehicle, and plenty of businesses are close by. The bike is a fairly good method of transportation in this neighbourhood. The transit service in this area is very good due to various nearby rapid transit stations with access to the Line 2 (Bloor - Danforth), and around 20 nearby bus lines. Driving is also a good transportation option in The Kingsway. Finding a place to park is generally easy.

Parents and their kids will welcome that no matter where their house is located in The Kingsway, daycares and schools are nearby. At the elementary level, there are both public and private schools. With regards to eating, it is easy to reach both a general and a specialty grocery store on foot from any location in The Kingsway.
