The neighbourhood of Vaughan Corporate Business Centre can be found in the city of Vaughan, Ontario, which is located in the Greater Toronto Area metropolitan area.

Transportation

The public transit system in this part of Vaughan is practical. Rapid transit stations, such as Hwy 7 / Weston, Highway 407 Station - Southbound Platform and Hwy 7 / Ansley Grove on the Viva Orange and Line 1 (Yonge-University), are ordinarily very close by from the majority of homes in the neighbourhood. There are about 10 bus lines crossing the neighbourhood, and most houses are very close to a bus stop. However, traveling on foot is not very popular in Vaughan Corporate Business Centre, although many daily errands can be run without needing a car, and a variety of businesses are rather close at hand. Commuting by bicycle is challenging in this area because the bicycling infrastructure is not especially extensive. Nonetheless, there are a limited number of elevation changes to challenge cyclists, and riding a bike is better in certain areas than others. In contrast, driving is a great transportation option in this area. Nearby highways, such as Highway 400 Collector, are particularly easy to drive to from anywhere in this neighbourhood, and the street layout is appropriate for cars.

Services

Both general and specialty grocery stores are ordinarily accessible within a rather short distance from anywhere in this neighbourhood. Moreover, there is often a restaurant or cafe just around the corner. With respect to education, it is a reasonably short distance to get to daycares from anywhere in this part of the city. In contrast, Vaughan Corporate Business Centre does not have any primary schools or high schools.

Character

There are a lot of green spaces to enjoy in Vaughan Corporate Business Centre. Parks are very well-spread out and there are a few of them close by for residents to enjoy, which makes them easy to get to. This area is a wonderful neighbourhood for those who aren't bothered by some noise, as during busier hours of the day, traffic can occasionally be bothersome.
