Part of the Greater Toronto Area metropolitan area, West Woodbridge Industrial Area is a neighbourhood within Vaughan, Ontario.

Transportation

This neighbourhood is very car friendly. It is a rather short drive to the nearest highway, such as Regional Road 99, from any home in this area, and it is very convenient to park. However, the public transit service in this part of Vaughan is not very frequent. Nonetheless, there is Hwy 7 / Martin Grove and Martin Grove Rd / Highway 7 on the Viva Orange. The neighbourhood is linked by around 20 bus lines, and most homes are very close to a bus stop. Commuting by bicycle is occasionally difficult in this neighbourhood because the cycling network is rather limited, and there are a good number of slopes for cyclists to brave. Nonetheless, biking is more feasible in certain areas than others. West Woodbridge Industrial Area is also not particularly suitable for pedestrians since meeting day-to-day needs is occasionally challenging without a vehicle.

Services

Parents and their children will find that no matter where their home is located in West Woodbridge Industrial Area, primary schools are nearby. However, it can be challenging to get to high schools without a car. In addition to public schools, there are private primary and secondary schools. With respect to eating, house buyers in this part of Vaughan will welcome that a grocery store is always only a rather short trip away.
