Transportation

Regardless of the means of transportation, it is moderately simple to get around in Commerce Valley. The public transit system in this part of the city is reasonably good due to plenty of nearby rapid transit stations on the Viva Purple, and about 10 nearby bus lines. Walking is also reasonably practical for residents in Commerce Valley; many daily needs can be carried out without needing to resort to a vehicle, and a variety of businesses are fairly close by. This part of the city is conducive to biking as the bicycling network is reasonably extensive.

Families will welcome that wherever their home is situated in Commerce Valley, schools and daycares are nearby. In addition to public schools, there are private elementary and secondary schools. The predominance of large apartment buildings in the housing stock of Commerce Valley is an important part of its character. This area experienced its largest building boom following the year 2000, so most of the available properties are from this time period.
