Transportation

The best approach to navigate Greely is usually a car. Coming across a place to park is quite easy. On the other hand, the public transit service in Greely is not very frequent. Thankfully, the neighbourhood is linked by a few bus lines, and the nearest bus stop is typically very close by. It is very challenging for people walking to move around in this neighbourhood because very few daily errands can be run without a car. Greely is also not particularly suited for cycling since there are few bike lanes. Thankfully, it is an even ride to most destinations.

Services

A vehicle is almost always required in this area to reach the closest supermarket. With respect to education, there are only a very small number of primary schools in this part of Ottawa and accordingly they can be a very long distance away. Likewise, this neighbourhood does not have any high schools.

Character

Greely is a wonderful neighbourhood to buy a house in for those who prefer a slower-paced environment. This area is very quiet, as noise from streets and other parts of the city is rarely an issue.
