Transportation

Dufferin Grove will appeal to property owners that value several modes of transportation. This neighbourhood benefits from great public transit thanks to plenty of nearby rapid transit stations with access to the Line 2 (Bloor - Danforth), and about 20 nearby bus lines. Dufferin Grove will also attract people who want to live in a community that's walkable as it is especially walkable; meeting daily needs is very easy without a car, and numerous businesses are very close at hand. Active property owners will appreciate the very bicycling-friendly nature of this neighbourhood. In particular, there is always a bike-share station nearby, and the bicycling network is fairly good.
