Transportation

Connaught Park permits homeowners to get around using a variety of methods of transportation. The fairly good transit infrastructure allows people to get to many destinations without needing a vehicle. Property owners are served by the Gare Parc on the 12 - Saint-Jérôme. Commuters can count on various rapid transit stations with access to the Ligne 5 - Bleue and Ligne 2 - Orange. It is also easy for people walking to navigate Connaught Park; carrying out daily needs is easy without a car, and numerous businesses are close by. This neighbourhood is also good for those who enjoy quiet areas, as the streets are generally reasonably tranquil - however noise can be an issue around Autoroute Décarie or one of the railway lines.

Single detached homes are the main housing type, representing around one third of dwellings in Connaught Park, whereas the rest are mainly large apartment buildings, small apartment buildings, and townhouses.
