Transportation

Sector J is an extraordinarily good part of Brossard for getting around by car. Most houses for sale are a very short drive from the closest highway, such as Autoroute de l'Acier, and it is very convenient to come across a parking spot. On the other hand, the public transit service in sector J is not very frequent. Nevertheless, the neighbourhood is served by around 10 bus lines, and the closest bus stop is generally very close by. This part of the city is not very suited for cycling as there are few bike lanes. Thankfully, there are a limited number of slopes, and bicycling is more feasible in some areas than others. This area is also not very conducive to those who prefer to travel by foot because very few day-to-day errands can be run without the use of a car.

Services

In all but a few cases, a vehicle is needed in sector J to reach the nearest supermarket. A small number of restaurants are available in sector J as well. This part of Brossard experienced its main building boom following the year 2000, so most of the available housing is from this time period. This neighbourhood is primarily composed of one bedroom and two bedroom homes.
