Transportation

Owing to 3 train stations (e.g., Gare Anjou and Rivières-des-Prairies Sud) on the 15 - Mascouche, and around 20 nearby bus lines, the transit network in this neighbourhood is reasonably practical. This neighbourhood is also rather car friendly. It is easy to find a place to park, and it is a reasonably short car ride to the nearest highway, such as Autoroute 25, from any home in this part of the city.

It is a very short distance to get to primary schools and daycares from most houses for sale in this neighbourhood. On the other hand, high schools are not particularly plentiful and therefore may require a rather long stroll to get to. Apart from public schools, there are private primary and high schools. With regards to eating, the nearest grocery store in Pasquale-Gattuso Park is usually only a short trip away. Avenue André-Ampère is among the best streets for groceries. A small selection of restaurants and cafes can be found as well.

Character

Pasquale-Gattuso Park is a very good neighbourhood to buy a home in for those who prefer a slower-paced atmosphere. The greenery in this area is not especially prominent; more specifically, residents will find that few tree-lined streets are present. However, there are around 40 public green spaces close by for residents to relax in, like Parc Pasquale-Gattuso and Parc Armand-Bombardier, and they are especially well-distributed, which results in them being easy to get to from the majority of locations within the neighbourhood. This part of Montréal is very quiet overall, as there tend to be low levels of noise from traffic.

Housing
