Transportation

This neighbourhood is a fairly pleasant part of Abbotsford for pedestrians; many common errands can be run without a car, and a variety of businesses are moderately close by. Historic Downtown is also reasonably cycling-friendly. Public transit users may find limited options in this area due to the service's low frequency. Nevertheless, homeowners have access to around 10 bus lines, and the closest bus stop is typically around the corner. However, the best way to get around in Historic Downtown is very often a car. It is convenient to come across a parking spot, and many houses for sale are a reasonably short car ride from the nearest highway.

Services

Reaching the closest supermarket by walking is an option for some, but not all, home buyers in this area. Conversely, a restaurant is often just around the corner, and there are also a few coffee shops in this neighbourhood.
