Transportation

The best method to navigate this area is usually a car. Parking is quite easy. The bicycle is a rather poor method of transportation in this neighbourhood because the cycling network is not very well-developed, and there are a good number of slopes. It is also very impractical for pedestrians to navigate Latimer Lake as very few daily errands can be run without a car.

Services

Families may find it very hard to reach high schools and primary schools by walking. With respect to food, in all cases, a vehicle is needed in Latimer Lake to access the nearest supermarket.

Character

Latimer Lake is a great neighbourhood to buy a home in for those who prefer a calm environment. Latimer Lake is very quiet, as noise from the streets and other parts of the city is rarely an issue closer to the airport (Saint John Airport).
