The neighbourhood of South Common is part of the city of Mississauga, Ontario, which is located in the Greater Toronto Area metropolitan area.

Transportation

South Common enables home buyers to get around using different methods of transportation. It is convenient for people walking to move around in this neighbourhood; many daily errands can be run without a vehicle. South Common is also rather suited for bicycling because the cycling network is fairly good. This neighbourhood is reasonably transit friendly. Rapid transit stations, including South Common Centre Bus Terminal Platform H, South Common Centre Bus Terminal Platform C and Erin Mills Pky / Folkway Dr with access to the University Express, are not very far from the bulk of residences in the neighbourhood. Homeowners are served by a few bus lines, and bus stops are not very far from most properties. This area is also particularly car friendly. Coming across a parking spot is quite easy, and it is a rather short drive to the nearest highway from any location in South Common.

It is a short distance to reach daycares and schools from most houses for sale in South Common. Along with public schools, there are private primary and high schools. With respect to food, a supermarket is usually accessible within a very short stroll from any location in this part of Mississauga.
