Transportation

Civic Centre presents homeowners with several alternative methods of transportation. Home buyers who value being able to walk to everything will enjoy the reasonably pedestrian-friendly nature of this area; running daily errands is easy without the need for a vehicle, and there are also a fair number of businesses in proximity. This neighbourhood will also attract active home buyers because it is rather suited for bicycling. More specifically, there are a fair number of bike lanes. This neighbourhood is reasonably transit friendly by reason of plenty of nearby rapid transit stations on the ION Light Rail, and approximately 10 nearby bus lines. Driving is also a fairly good transportation option in Civic Centre. It is easy to park, and most properties for sale are a reasonably short car ride from the closest highway.
