Transportation

Regardless of the means of transportation, it is rather convenient to move around in this neighbourhood. O'Connor Hills is a fairly pleasant part of Toronto for pedestrians; many daily needs can be carried out without a car. This neighbourhood is also reasonably cycling-friendly. The public transit access in this area is rather practical as a consequence of a few nearby bus lines. This part of Toronto is also very car friendly. Many properties for sale are a short car ride from the closest highway, such as Don Valley Parkway, and it is easy to find a parking spot.

It is easy to access the closest grocery store without the use of a vehicle in O'Connor Hills. In addition, there is commonly a restaurant or cafe just around the corner. There are about 20 green spaces nearby for residents to unwind in, including Brookbanks Park, and they are especially well-spread out, making them easy to access.

In O'Connor Hills, roughly 45% of buildings are single detached homes, while large apartment buildings and small apartment buildings make up most of the remaining housing stock. This part of the city is primarily composed of four or more bedroom and three bedroom homes. The split between renters and homeowners is about even.
