Part of the Greater Montreal metropolitan area, Sector P is a neighbourhood within Brossard, Quebec.

Transportation

No matter the means of transportation, it is rather easy to move around in this part of Brossard. Residents can count on public transit to navigate sector P. Rapid transit stations, including Panama with access to the Gare Centrale - Brossard, are not particularly far away from the greater part of houses in the neighbourhood. There are over 50 bus lines passing through the neighbourhood, and bus stops are generally very close by. A majority of the houses for sale in this part of Brossard are located in areas that are also moderately suitable for pedestrians; many common errands can be run without the use of a vehicle. Biking is convenient in this part of Brossard since there are a limited number of hills, and the cycling network is reasonably good.

Services

In sector P, families will typically be able to get to primary schools by foot. In contrast, this area does not contain any high schools. With regards to eating, it is very easy to access the nearest supermarket by foot in sector P.
