The neighbourhood of sector T is part of the city of Brossard, Quebec, which is situated in the Greater Montreal metropolitan area.

Transportation

No matter the means of transportation, it is rather simple to travel in sector T. With Panama on the Gare Centrale - Brossard, and over 50 nearby bus lines, the public transit service in sector T is good. On the other hand, walking in sector T is not very popular, despite the fact that many common errands can be run without a vehicle. This part of Brossard is reasonably conducive to cycling as sector T boasts fairly good cycling infrastructure, and it is a flat ride to most destinations. The favoured method to move around in this neighbourhood is very often driving. Parking is generally easy, and nearby highways, such as Autoroute René-Lévesque, are very easy to reach from anywhere in sector T.

Services

Some, but not all, property owners in this area will live within walking distance of one of about 10 grocery stores. Residents benefit from about 40 restaurants and cafes as well. With respect to education, in sector T, families will usually be able to access daycares and primary schools as pedestrians. In contrast, parents and their schoolchildren may consider it challenging to reach high schools on foot.

Character
