Transportation

This part of Brossard is very car friendly. Most houses for sale are a very short drive from the closest highway, such as Autoroute René-Lévesque, and it is convenient to access a place to park. In contrast, commuting by transit can be sometimes difficult in sector V due to the infrequent service. Nonetheless, homeowners are served by around 30 bus lines, and bus stops are not very far from most properties. There are relatively few pedestrians out on the streets of this part of Brossard, despite the fact that carrying out daily needs is easy without a car. On the other hand, sector V is fairly cycling-friendly because there are a limited number of hills, and the bicycling infrastructure is reasonably good.

Services

In sector V, families will generally be able to access primary schools as pedestrians. In contrast, there are no high schools in sector V. As far as eating is concerned, house buyers in this part of the city generally need a vehicle to access the nearest supermarket. Residents of sector V benefit from a few restaurants as well.
