Transportation

Moving around by car is very easy in this neighbourhood. It is convenient to park, and nearby highways, such as Autoroute René-Lévesque, are very easy to reach from any home in this part of the city. In contrast, residents using public transit may find limited options in this area due to the service's low frequency. Nonetheless, the neighbourhood is served by approximately 10 bus lines, and the closest bus stop is usually very close by. Getting around as a pedestrian in sector V is not very popular, despite the fact that many day-to-day errands can be run without a car. In contrast, biking is convenient in sector V because there are a limited number of elevation changes, and the bicycling network is fairly good.

Services

In this area, parents and their schoolchildren will typically be able to get to primary schools without a car. In contrast, there are no high schools in sector V.
